Complains and Returns

  1. Photos may slightly differ from the actual product. To a large extent, it depends on the equipment owned by the client's computer. Therefore, slight differences in color, proportion, detail, etc., cannot be compensated for. In case of any doubt, before making a purchase, please contact Korbashop by email or telephone.
  2. Under the law, each consumer who purchased a product from Korbashop can return it for any reason. The customer, who concluded away from business premises, may withdraw from it without giving any reason, making a statement in writing within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. The reimbursement should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. Goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased, in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the data account to which the money should be sent.
  3. In the case of the customer using the right of withdrawal, purchased goods should be returned immediately but no later than within 14 days of its receipt.
  4. Returned goods and accompanying accessories cannot bear traces of use. Along with the returned goods, proof of purchase and all the free items and documents attached to the returned goods should be sent.

In case the customer withdraws from the contract, Korbashop will refund the price of the goods within 10 working days of receiving the goods to the account specified by the Buyer in the form of return/exchange products.

Refund/exchange of goods takes place at the expense of the customer.

In cases where goods have been returned due to the fault of the Seller, as a result of damage or providing other than is apparent from the order form of goods, the total cost of shipment to the Seller.

The costs associated with returning the goods advertised, Korbashop returns immediately after accepting the complaint.
